My goal is to become the leading Humanistic Counsellor in Hong Kong.
I offer single session and multi-session packages of in-person and online counselling.
Online talk therapy allows you to gain support privately and discretely, where-ever you are in the world. It also gives clients peace of mind that I will always be available no matter where we are in the world.
Registered Psychotherapist (PACFA Australia, Registration number: 23729). As of January 2026 I have over 20,000 hours experience.
I support professionals from these companies in their personal and professional lives
Humanistic therapy, often referred to as the “person-centred” approach, is a therapeutic method that focuses on the whole individual rather than just specific symptoms or past traumas.
Unlike clinical approaches that treat you as a patient with a problem to be “cured,” humanistic therapy views you as a client who already possesses the inner resources for growth and healing.
At its core, this approach is built on the belief that every human being has an innate drive toward self-actualization. The desire to fulfill their potential and become the best version of themselves.
Life events, societal pressure, or trauma can block this natural process, leaving you feeling stuck, anxious, or disconnected. The role of the humanistic counsellor is not to direct you or give advice, but to facilitate a supportive environment where you can remove these blocks yourself.
The therapy relies heavily on the “here and now.” While your history is respected, the focus remains on your current feelings and immediate experience. The counsellor (myself but these are also general methods not unique to Integrated Way), provides three essential conditions to make this possible:
This method is particularly effective for individuals struggling with self-esteem, relationship issues, or a lack of purpose. These are all issues common in Hong Kong where I have noticed that many adults can either become isolated or too dependent on their partner. Which can lead to toxic relationships and another form of social isolation.
By exploring your thoughts in this non-judgmental space, you develop a stronger sense of self-awareness and autonomy. Ultimately, humanistic counselling empowers you to stop looking outwards for approval and start trusting your own internal compass.
